New York-based composer Aaron Severini was born in Greenfield, Massachusetts and began studying piano and composition at age eight. Severini’s teachers have included Kendall Briggs, Bright Sheng, and Jeffrey Middleton. His concert works have been performed at The National Arts Club, The Ailey Studios, and Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall and David H. Koch Theater. He has collaborated with many choreographers including Adam Hendrickson, Christopher Wheeldon, Albert Evans, Melissa Barak, and Benjamin Millepied. In 2008, his piece
